so i finaly get online today with this POS router and have a new message that i check and the PM in my box automatically closed the dragoon site and opens a spam crap site not sure what it does in internet explorer but im thinking potential virus or spyware since firefox tells me that it cannot open the site and my firewall reports a intrusion attempt

basicly what it does when i open it is:
some picture of someone's ass while he is spreading his cheeks uhmmmm so okay im not that fragile and some repeated sound saying "hey everyone im looking at gay porno" anyway i dont mind that much i guess that as good a joke for the slighty retarded as any but what i do mind is opening a message on the site which try's to find a hole in my firewall now i do not know who the fuck CapOneInch is but i for one do not find this funny at all

oh and as a sidenote i'd like to say that if a e-bomb crap site is the best attempt you can come up with you might wanna consider getting some lessons or maybe just alltogether another hobby pop-up e-bombs is soooo the 90's

The whole site got hit by this. As AltDimension stated earlier in a post this week, don't open any posts from them, or people you do not recognize. As for the posts and PMs I found a way around this (We had 100 odd posts of this), and luckily it's cleared. However as for the PMs unfortunately only you can access them, I cannot actually access anyones PM unless I alter your accounts password and log in.

As for the users, they are gone, it is unfortunate you got caught up in it.

As for the site, I am not changing when we have 10,000 plus posts here, I have found additional methods of getting rid of that happening again (Makes life a bit more difficult).

Take happiness in that fact it's a loney 17 yr old emo that will probably be killing himself soon.

Yeah sorry, I did say. But to be honest you'll be fine as long as you use Firefox or IE as in you won't get any viruses from it.

ah sorry havent been reading the site my router has not worked for days now last time it worked was last i was playing my hox since thats what i was doing when it died again

anyways im not scared about the virus/intrusion attempt due to our nature as a game clan/guild im thinking it was a keylogger but my firewall ate it so it never got to the anti virus so cant be sure honestly with the amount i protect my data i'd be suprised if anything but a direct personal hacker attack would work

tbh i dont know much about virus/hacking/spyware(yes i consider this just as bad) but to me its probably the worst attempt i have ever seen im amazed some people still try this old shit only thing that happened was firefox telling that it was unable to comply to the sites request and some nice sound effect telling my dog i was watching ghey pr0n oh and a little nag button with 80 some odd pop ups that where waiting just for me hell even the lame d-dos attack(some eve players dont like to lose) i had last year was more fun putting down
