No flaming needed, I too find this.
I have recently heard some criticism on the skin (Background). I have planned to upgrade, but it would there really isn't many other skins available. This skin is nice, yet as has been seen in quotes is much too dark. Fonts can be changed, but that would need to be done by the user. I may put up screenshots of some skins, and see what people think of them.

It has been stated for a while now that the forums may need a skin change. For that we are seeking any skins that you can bring possibly version 3, of pbbp.
I will put up screen shots of these, however this will need to be done during a planned time by the site team, as this does mean closing the site for 15 minutes, to upgrade the site and then downgrade back to our current version.
The site skin is in fact an out of date version and now should be updated. From the site team has seen, this seems to be a bad point for our particular skin, as it messes the categories, and the forum positions up.
All of these variables must be considered, and perhaps a public vote for the right skin may need to be in order for this to work.
