Seto Chang, known for his great recruitment in The Dragoon Brotherhood and his leadership in SCORPIA along with countless Assassinations, Seto has gained a high level of respect from his work.

Haunted by his past he carries a silenced pistol with him at all times. He is currently employed by TheHidden01 as his Consigliere, First Mate and Assassin.

When hes with his Dragoon brothers he is playful and easy going, but as soon as the contract is writen he becomes the cold and mercless Assassin and will let nothing stop him taking out the target.
