Arnie promoted to Commander

As the new re-vitalized rank system has been established, Arnie has been promoted to the new Commander rank.

Arnie has set himself a strong, responsible member that has been there since the beginning, here in World of Warcraft. It is our honour to promoted Arnie to Commander for his strong services to the rest of the guild.
