The Dragoon Brotherhood has a very tight knit and strong community and it is for that reason that we have an exceptional retention rate, and even greater internal understanding. The Dragoons are successful primarily because throughout the years we have found the members that are willing to do everything they can to make us the best we can be. We do not take any decision, or any potential lightly, be aware that we look for effort and a willingness to bond in the application. In addition, you must renounce any other guild affiliation in ANY game. We do not allow divided loyalties in the games we play.
We seek team focused, professional, sociable, fun loving, long term guild members. We expect a certain level of competency in the games we play, but that doesn't mean we wont help you, we value the atmosphere we have of besting ourselves and helping others to do so. A player must be able to stand on their own (both in game and in researching new information to learn more about the game), but also needs to actively participate as part of the team.
