And where can people download the game? I'de liek to know, since i got some friends who wanted to try the game before buying it (i got plenty of keys XD)

The invitation process is easy. You need to log-in to your account pages (link to https://register.ageofconan.com), and choose “Buddy program”. Follow the on-screen instructions, and then write a personal message to your friends if you so desire.
We recommend that you lend your install DVDs to your buddy to get him or her ready to play as fast as possible. Alternatively your buddy will be offered a $2,99/€2,99 client download with 3 additional days of playtime to cover the download time.

With 32GB download! You're gonna need to lend your friends the game box.
Although, you can open the client without having to log in, so you can just download it and then activate the key.

It's 25gigs, not 32 (the default size 
), anyway, they should make a trial client with only tortage island, that way the size would be very, very small and be able to download.
It's a bit hard to send the game to people i just know from the interwebz, don't you think? I'm not really going to tell them: "want to play for 14days or wtf, then give me your homeadress so i send you the copies"
SWG had the same feacture, just the starting station for the trial, and then they could backgroudn download the full game.
(and yes, iv'e read that, pay for the client download? lol)

Sorry I just assumed you were talking about RL friends.
The tortage island thing is a really good idea, it would reduce the amount of gold-spammers that would inevitably come in with the introduction of a trial, but it would still allow normal players to get a feel for the game.
